1. Shipping Times

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 999.00 and typically takes 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery address. These charges will be displayed at checkout. Please note that certain items requiring special packaging or handling may incur additional shipping fees.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or other logistical issues may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and provide updates on your order status.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy. You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  2. We will provide a return label and instructions for returning your item.

Please note that the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
